2010 US Open Results and Updates

This week for the US Open 2010 had been very exciting and also controversial. The most controversial match is between Novak Djokovic vs Philipp Petzschner.The two were having a good game on court when all of a sudden a brawl broke down on the bleachers.

The US Open 2010 brawl which is now circulating on YouTube broke out in the upper deck, high above Arthur Ashe Stadium where Novak Djokovic and Philipp Petzschner were busy with their match at the US Open 2010 Tennis Tournament. The two however had to stop for a few minutes as police handcuffed those involved and were banned for two years.

Another upset also occurred at the US Open 2010 Third Round as fourth seed Jelena Jankovic was beaten Saturday. She was outplayed by Kaia Kanepi of Estonia, 6-2, 7-6 during a windy third round at Flushing Meadows.

Meanwhile, for other US Open 2010 Tennis results, top seed Caroline Wozniacki of Denmark won over Chan Yung-Jan of Taiwan 6-1, 6-0. Wozniacki is now on the fourth round of the US Open 2010 after 73 minutes of match for the Third Round. She will be facing Maria Sharapova of Russia in the next round.

Maria Sharapova defeated her opponent American wildcard Beatrice Capra 6-0, 6-0. It was one of the most one sided game of the US Open 2010.

Swede Robin Soderling also advance to the fourth round courtesy of Thiemo de Bakker 6-2, 6-3, 6-3. The match laster one hour 42 minutes.
